Bundle Deal Contract

 

 

This deal includes: 

one (1) website; one (1) logo; one (1) social media flyer; one (1) 60 second video ad; one (1) t-shirt; one (1) mask.

 

 

Video Ad

Includes photos chosen by either the designer and/or client, all contact information including your business name, title, website, email and phone - must be sent by client, along with a script that will be read as the voiceover for the video. Video duration will last up to 1 minute, and possibly a few seconds longer. If the script reads longer than 60 seconds, the designer will reduce the script. 

 

 

 

Print Design 

Includes but is not limited to flyers, business cards, promo cards, brochures, posters, advertisements, newsletters, postcards, labels and other marketing collateral for profit or non-profit purposes. 

 

You’ve chosen: flyer as your print project(s). If you require any other print design services, you will NOT have to complete another contract, but you will be charged additional fees. 

 

Ownership: You, the client, have ownership of the final design for use in any media application that is beneficial to your business. KIP retains the right to use the final design, or any versions of the design created in the process, within printed and on-line portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client also gives KIP permission to use client’s full name, business address, and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on her website, or other business related media. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the design (www.copyright.gov) and/or seek trademark (www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm)

 

Printing quotes for all printing services will be sent in a separate email. The client does not have to use KIP as their printing service. Once final designs are delivered, client can choose any printing service they like.

 

 

Logo Design

Logo Concepts: (KIP) will create up to one (1) logo concept for you. Logo designs will be submitted for your review via e-mail unless otherwise negotiated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these designs, KIP will make any needed changes to your favorite of the one-logo design. Up to two rounds of revision are included in quoted price. Further revisions will incur additional costs at KIP’s current hourly rate.

 

File Delivery: After the final logo design is approved, the logo will be sent per these digital files (.jpg, .png).

 

Ownership: You, the client, have ownership of the final logo design for use in any media application that is beneficial to your business. KIP retains the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and on-line portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. Refund: a 25% refund is given only if KIP is unable to complete project, not if client chooses to terminate project.

Originality: KIP affirms that our logo designs are original and therefore owns the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.

 

Delays: Illness, injury, or other events beyond KIP’s control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.

 

Termination: The client has the right to terminate this Agreement if, KIP fails to complete the Logo within 60 days of deposit submission. If agreement is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver within 60 days, KIP shall retain the deposit.

 

Performance Liability: KIP does not warrant that the functions supplied by logo design(s), consultation or advice will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the logo is with client. In no event will KIP be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the logo, even if KIP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 

 

Web Design 

Permissions: The client agrees to give access (usernames, passwords, and any other required permissions) to existing or future domain registration, hosting accounts, and affiliated service-providers as needed to accomplish the goals set forth in the written proposal. The client also authorizes Kingdom Innovative Prints, (KIP) to publicize their completed Web site to Web search engines, as well as other Web directories and indexes, if this is included in the scope of the project.

 

Proposal: For any website project, a proposal shall be provided to the client which outlines the general scope of the web design project. Additionally, the proposal shall include an estimate of the costs involved to complete the project. Additional work required to the project will incur additional costs.

 

Client Provisions: Client will provide all text to be used in web pages, unless otherwise negotiated. Client agrees to provide copy and any other submissions in a timely manner.

 

Stock Photography: KIP agrees to provide up to 1 stock photos during the web design process. Any photos acquired by KIP for inclusion in the client’s website remain the property of KIP and may be used in multiple, separate projects. Should the client require full ownership of the provided photography, these terms must be disclosed in writing.

 

Completion Date: KIP agrees to complete projects within a timeframe agreed upon with the client.

 

Maintenance: You as the client have to right to maintain your own site. You’ll be given a username and password once website goes live. If designer has to maintain or edit site, that’s when the pay-as-you-go fee is applied. 

 

Pay-As-You-Go Maintenance Fee: This fee is for if your website, once published, needs fresh content or routine updates. (Update old information, add new pages, etc.) KIP charges per quota (capped every 10 minutes). If a project takes 10 minutes or less=$20; 20 minutes=$40; 30 minutes=$60; 40 minutes=$80; 50 minutes=$100; and a full hour $120.

 

Delinquency: KIP reserves the right to remove web pages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. If case collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred in that process.

Copyrights and Trademarks: The client represents to KIP and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to KIP for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend KIP from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.

 

 

Payment

Package 1: $849.15 - Pay the full amount up front and automatically receive 15% off.

Package 2: $499.50 - Pay your 50% deposit now, and the balance before projects are delivered. 

Package 3: $333 - Pay $333 now, another $333 in 2 weeks, and $333 before projects are delivered.

You must purchase this bundle deal in order to receive these discounted prices. If you purchase separately, prices will increase.

 

In the event of termination of this Agreement, KIP owns the website design and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the website design (not including business name or logo).  Once the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use images of the website design in all media useful for business promotion and that KIP reserves the right to display the website for business promotional use.

By submitting payment, you consent to the terms of this Contract on behalf of yourself, and/or your organization or business.
